Marketing reporting that shows its work

Know what happened. Know what happens next.

Caught gives a marketing operator one private place to review authorized client data, record verified business outcomes, and release clear monthly reports that do not confuse platform events with real customer inquiries.

One reporting workflow

Built for evidence, not inflated claims.

Provider statistics, recorded inquiries, qualified leads, and sales outcomes remain separate. When a source is missing, Caught says “Not available” instead of inventing a zero.

Private agency reporting workspace

Authenticated operators manage client connections, sync status, manual corrections, recommendations, and report review.

Client-scoped data

Every connection, metric, lead, recommendation, sync run, and report belongs to one authorized client workspace.

Finalized report links

Clients receive unlisted, read-only report links. Drafts and agency controls remain private.

Frozen monthly snapshots

Finalized reports do not silently change when a source later adjusts attribution or historical statistics.

Authorized reporting sources

One view, clear source boundaries.

Caught is designed for Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Google Business Profile reporting, with manual and CSV entry available while an account or metric is not connected.

Finalized owner report

A plain-language monthly answer

What happened

Search visibility improved and recorded inquiries increased while advertising cost remained within the reviewed monthly plan.

Why it matters

More of the measured activity reached the business, but provider conversions are still disclosed separately from verified calls and forms.

What happens next

Review disclosed search terms, resolve the measurement gap, and preserve the finalized report as the month’s record.

Illustrative product mock-up. No client or Google account data is shown.

Client communication

The client sees the story, not the machinery.

The operator reviews the data, disclosures, issues, and recommendations before release. The client receives a narrow, unlisted report snapshot without OAuth credentials, agency controls, or Google Ads settings.

  • Source and freshness disclosures stay attached to the results.
  • Drafts remain private until an operator finalizes them.
  • Automatic sending is disabled unless it is explicitly configured and verified.
